Stop invasive experiments on baby monkeys
Researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison are poised to forcibly remove newborn monkeys from their mothers, keep them in isolation, and subject them to fear inducing tests including exposure to a live Kingsnake. After one year the baby monkeys will be killed so their brains can be dissected. Some monkeys will be left with their mothers but will undergo the same procedures and fate.
Please urge University of Wisconsin-Madison Chancellor Rebecca M. Blank to intervene and prohibit these experiments from moving forward.
